Delishs Farms yield water, waste and food security. Delishs Water’s atmospheric water farms liquidate drought by generating ultra-pure water from rain and humidity as bottled drinking water, irrigation or emergency municipal water – enough for 25% of some cities’ needs. By-product: around-the-clock hydroelectric power. Delishs Dirts’ regional composting facilities will recycle one-third of muni’s waste: food waste, and grass and tree clippings. And, 150 acres of Delishs Farms – orchards, gardens and greenhouses pursuing USDA organic certification – will produce fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, fish, flowers and more.
